ENERGY WEBQUEST
Introduction
In this WebQuest, you will learn more about one of the various types of renewable energy. You will learn more about other types of renewable energy from your classmates. At the end of this WebQuest, you will decide which renewable energy source is most valuable.
Task
You are a research scientist working for the Kids’ Energy Foundation. The foundation has announced that they will give $1 million to fund renewable energy that the board determines is most valuable. Your job is to prove that YOUR energy source deserves the $1 million! Use internet and library resources to make the case for your team’s cause. Your team will present your findings to the Kids’ Energy Foundation for a final vote.
Process
You and your partner will use the provided resources to research one source of renewable energy. You will compile your findings into a digital project to be presented to the Kids' Energy Foundation (your classmates) for consideration.
